P3STEEL - Anet A8 LCD cover (Prusa style)

Remixed from Prusa printable parts for Prusa i3 MK3.
I'm using the steel frame from Orballo Printing, I just edited the scad files in order to be able to use the stock LCD from the Anet A8.
Uploaded both clean and personalized versions.
