Logitech G Driving Force Shifter - Clamp extensions

My desk has a chamfered edge so the clamps on my Logitech G Driving Force shifter didn't quite fit. These extensions are designed to loosely fit on and extend the clamps out and allow the shifter to be securely mounted to the desk without risking it flying off.

V2 adds a hole to put a dab of hot glue into for a slightly more permanent fit.
