Not invented myself, but after seeing quite a few examples on the boards without model I decided to create my own and share it. Works really well and print quality is much easier to improve.
Uses a standard BMG extruder, with a pancake stepper, as well as the standard e3D V6 Toolchanger hotend: connect the BMG with the v6 through a short length of bowden tube.
One piece that is not included is the spacer or ""receiver Top: same spacer as used for the standard e3d v6 tool: https://github.com/e3donline/ToolChanger/blob/master/V6%20Tool/STLs/V6%20Receiver%20Top.stl
Cable (and metal guide) are tied to the side using a ziptie.
The Dock cable tie is designed to simply guide a very long piece of bowden to bring the filament from the roll to the head.
