Keep you fresh new Apple AirTags safe with these keyring vaults. Show your allegiance with different designs or just keep it simple with blank vaults.

These have very tight tolerances to keep the AirTag from shifting around in the vault. Be sure you extruder is calibrated and quality filament will produce perfect results.

Printed with Prusament PLA.

OBJ files with solid face plate and name plates are included for all you remixers. Happy printing :)

Nozzle size: 0.4mm
Layer: 0.1mm
Perimeter: 4
Infill: 15%
Brim: Only if needed

Because the two halves fit together with very tight tolerances, pre-fit the two halves together without the AirTag in place and slide them in place a few times to ensure the parts are not binding up. Ensure both locking tabs are aligned proper when locking the halves together.

Install the AirTag into the face plate side first and you should hear a click when it is all the way in the face plate.

9/5/2022 Update: This was designed using Apple's official public release of Accessory Designed Guidelines R15. The current revision is R18. There may be some dimensional changes made in the manufacturing of the AirTags where this model may required to be printed at 102% scale to fit. See the screen shot of the current published dimensions matches the model's dimensions. My AirTags purchased during initial launch fit this model without any scaling up. Note: this is meant to be a tight fit to prevent AirTag from shifting inside the vault.

5/10/2021 Update: Added looser fitting files for those who are having difficulties assembling the two halves.
