3030 M5 Drop-in T-Nut

M5 T-Nut 30x30mm Aluminium Extrusion Profiles. Apparently those are hard to find where I live. Not a single store in my town sells those things.

I bet you are asking “But can't you just order them online?”. Well I could, but then I'll have to wait a week before I got them. Fortunately my trusty Prusa MINI is here to save the day. 

Before you print

The 3D printed T-Nut is not in any way comparable to a real T-Nut made from, you know, metal. 

Assembly
Do not skip steps, or execute them in different order.

You will need:

1 x 3D Printer
1 x M5 Nut
1 x Pack of Gummy bears.
Glue (optional)

1. Use 0.1mm layer height. 0.2mm is also acceptable.
2. Print in PETG or whatever you have at hand.
3. Eat some gummy bears while eagerly waiting for the print to finish.
4. Place the M5 Nut in the cut for M5 Nut. 
5. Add a drop of glue if you feel like you need to.
