Extended Screw for Prusament Master Spool

 I found I needed a longer screw because my Spool-Free filament was wound in such a way that it was a bit too wide in parts and needed compressing.

So I have created this variation and added .3MF with Zoltanf's original Prusa Slicer settings.

Printed and tested OK.
