Rotate-and-click LCD knob Prusa i3 MK3S (probably for MK2 too)

This is a one-finger rotate and click button for Prusa MK3 and MK3S. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work for MK2 and MK2S as well.
I remixed it from the original part Prusa provided.

Update: I added a version which has a tighter fit
