Mount 1/4" NPT (tapered national pipe thread) on anything with M5 screws. Used in my case to mount Loc Line on the side of my Prusa MK3S to hold a camera and a light for my OctoPrint instance.
There's also a cutout in the bottom which would allow wires to be routed through and exit the flange - could be useful if you run the wiring through the LocLine in with my T10 light shade.
There was a very similar thing that I downloaded and printed quite some time ago - I tried to find it again but was unable so designed this from scratch in Fusion 360. I used a McMaster 1/4" NPT pipe cap as the starting point since Fusion 360still can't model tapered pipe threads, and then designed from there.
Print as-is with no supports. 0.2mm layer height should work with a 0.4mm nozzle, higher might make the threads a bit messy. Infill isn't terribly important, up the shells if you're concerned about strength, but this is not going to hold pressure or significant weight.
