This remixes the original nozzle holder in an Altoids tin (as supplied by E3D when you buy their Pro or Fun packs).

This is 2.4mm shorter than the original, as I found that I could not close the tin, and the nozzles would dent the top of the tin when printed at the original height.

Additionally, I have added a 45° angled slot for putting the wrench tool that comes with said packs into the tin too.

I have made two versions, one that includes all sizes (I also made the .15 box code a little easier to read/print), and a version that only has the most common sizes used (0.25, 0.4, 0.6 and 0.8).

I am using the 'all sizes' version for my brass nozzles, and the 'common sizes' version for my non-brass nozzles.
