This is a remix of the Raspberry Pi 4 and Buck Converter mk3s Case from thejobbitt found here on Prusa Printers.
I needed some changes e.g. bigger rocker switch / power connector, different dc/dc converter (Link), need of a second power connector for a top mounted led strip lamp (Link).
I also added some more vents and improved the groove and tongue.
Step/f3d files included so you can modify to your needs.
Finally I've printed it.
Had to change some stuff, like the dc/dc converter didn't fit (forgot to measure a side? dunno), added sacrificial layers for the screw holes (0.2mm thick), adjusted some holes (dc/dc M3 screws, RaspberryPi 4 M2.5) and some other things that were related because of the resize of the whole case.
UPDATE May 9th, 2020 03:54 GMT+1
I've added some pictures from the final "product" :)
I may update the files once more.
I noticed while I put all together, that one cooling slot near the power connector for the led lamp can be removed and the mounting holes (hex nut) for the dc/dc converter can be a little (0.05 mm in radius) smaller to achieve a tight fit.
Besides of that, it works great! So don't panic if you already printed one!
If you have any questions regards the model or the assembly of all, you may ask me. :-)
P.S.: Yes... one heatsink is rotated by 90°.. Guess I got to excited at this point. ;-)
Print with 0.2 mm layer height and 10% infill.
