UPDATE (04/16/2020): I revised the files and removed the lettering, they were not printing right with the 10 wall settings. USE the yaxisside1v3.stl and yaxisside2v3.stl

Hey guys, my name is Caleb and I'm building a further fabrication Y1200 laser cutter(See link belong for more information) and decided to convert the twin Nema 17 Y axis steppers for a single Nema 23 stepper. I used some low profile m5x12 screws to hold the bracket onto the 2040 aluminum extrusion frame and used two R4 2RS PRX seal ball bearings from Fastenal.

This design will also be using 6.35mm(1/4") rods that connects the pulleys from each side of the Y axis to a 2:1 step down transmission, you will need to match the rods to the bearings as the tolerance on the rods from lowes and/or menards may be too sloppy. I plan to order machined rods from McMaster-Carr.
