The Aegis Face Shield is the best design for mass production I have found after making a ton including the super nice and study Prusa V2 and V3. Its just that I can't make enough of those. It is a 32 minute print with a 0.8 Nozzle, 0.30 layer, at 75mm ps. It's durable as all hell and NO HOLE PUNCHES! Easy to replace contaminated masks. This is the original designer: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4238890 , we have consulted a few times and here is my remix of that model and he has released a similar version. I have tested this one in PLA on a CR-10 and its perfect. This design is amazing and saves time, filament, costs, assembly time, and is easy to sanitize. Uses #16 easy to source rubber bands, 8.5x11 Transparency Films or Binder Covers (5-7mil). PLA has been awesome for it.

The original design with the snap locking system is amazing, I only needed a more comfortable forehead pad so I had to make this one. All of the doctors and nurses complained of a pressure point on thier center forehead after and hour or so. Hopefully this is the solution. I did a crap job in tinker cad, if anyone can do a better one PLEASE DO. This is just something that is critical for long term wear 1 hour plus.

Printed in PLA. Use 8.5x11 inch transparency or 5-7mil binder covers all available on Amazon, Walmart, Office Depot, or just ask a teacher, they will have some. See my video below for easy assembly and adjustment. Feel free to share it just don't make to much fun lol. I'm just trying to help.

Make sure to do the first layer at 100% not any bigger or it'll be out of spec for the insertion of the film.
