Elastic substitute for Prusa Protective Face Shield RC2

This is a printable substitute for the elastic of the Prusa Protective Face Shield RC2. Revised to fit the i3 print bed.

-This strap may be useful in situations where there is excess printer time available and/or elastic is difficult or slow to source.
-This will fit six on a Prusa i3 bed
-It seems like it carries some nonzero hair tangling risk that the elastic strap does not. However, hair accessories resembling it are sold widely.
-Print time is about 35 minutes
-To model it, I took the arc length of the prusa headband and shrunk it by 20% The fit is snug but not tight.
-The holes have been smaller 3/22 and will be printed and tested 3/23 but I believe they should still fit with the facemask

Things I could develop if there is demand:
-Test fitting to different sizes of heads
-Optimization to print faster, use less material
