Prusa i3 MK3s R4 extruder MMU2s with path through coupling

Extruder assembly for Prusa MK3S/MMU2S only with path through festo coupling PC4-01.

Simplified filament feed and smoother path, the filament entry is part of the extruder motor plate, (no fs cover-mmu2s, no printer-adapter-mmu2s).
Ir sensor holder with one side attachment on the extruder motor plate, (can adjust Ir sensor holder with washers on this side).
Extruder idler door with removable lever, (lever can also be used to adjust Ir sensor with washers), (lever stl file comes with removable support, don't forget to remove it).
Optional modified x-carriage.
Optional extruder-cover with extra bottom attachment.
