Jubilee Baby Bullet tool - Orbiter v1.5 + Mosquito variant

This is a tool to be used with the Jubilee toolchanger. It is a remix of the existing Baby Bullet tool and uses the Baby Bullet aluminum toolplate. Instead of the E3D V6 groove mount, it has 4 mounting holes for a Slice Mosquito hotend. This version uses the LDO Orbiter v1.5 extruder. First mount the Mosquito using the 2.5mm hardware supplied by Slice. Then, mount the Orbiter.

There is also a PTFE cutter designed to get the perfect length PTFE between the extruder and hotend. Use a hobby knife / Xacto knife to chamfer the front edge of the PTFE and to cut to the correct length.
