Nozzle - Nozzle Box

It is a nozzle box in shape of a nozzle. An organizer rack can be inserted to prevent the nozzles from rattling.

Disclaimer: Since my printer is not working at the moment, I haven't been able to test it yet!

Features

• Various (M6 thread) nozzles such as those from E3D or Creality should fit in the organizer rack.
• The upper part is simply threaded onto the threaded body.
• I have designed several labeled versions so you can easily see what sizes of nozzles are inside.
• It is 5 times bigger a standard E3D nozzle

My Printtime

The Threaded Body and Nozzle Cap are designed to not require any support. If your printer does not bridge that well, consider supporting the nozzle cap in the middle.

  • my printtime: 1h 39min (layerhight 0.2, 100% Infill)
• Nozzle Cap
  • my printtime:  1h (layerhight 0.2, 15% Infill Gyroid, no support)

  • my printtime:  1h (layerhight 0.2, 80% Infill, with support)

• 28.03.2022 - Version 1.1 - The size of the rack has been adjusted after some feedback from "Denholm365".
• 02.04.2022 - Version 1.2 - The rack's nozzle holes have been made larger to allow the nozzles to slide in and out more easily. For those who want a tighter fit, I've left the 1.1 version. Thanks to "menka" for the feedback.

Just Thoughts

• Wouldn't it be fun to print other organizers 5 times bigger and put these boxes inside? ;-)
• Printing in different colors could make it easier to see which nozzle (materials) are inside.

Feel free to remix it and design own organizing racks for the inside.
