I designed this 2-part t-slot with a tongue-and-groove that fit into each other. You can make a 100mm rail by flipping one half upside down before connecting them. More importantly though, you can make an infinitely long t-slotted rail by leaving both halves facing "up", and staggering them on either side. This solves the problem of not being able to print out large structural components.
I printed this one out of PLA at 250 microns with 20% infill. It seems quite strong, and the tolerances are tight enough that you need a hammer to get them to slide into each other.
