Pipe Clamp 110mm

This is a Pipe Clamp for 110mm Water Pipe.

I made this because i needed a clamp for pipes under water and stainless ones were not available.

I used 8mm threaded rod with four nuts. One on the inside in the hexagon hole and one with a washer on the outside at the top.Two nuts and washers with about 50mm of the threaded rod were used on the side to clamp the whole thing on a pipe.

Notes:

I used different infills in this part. 80% in the upper section were it`s clamped between the nuts and 20% infill in the rest. I uploaded the full model and both sections seperate.
With a printspeed of 80mm/s this print took 9hrs.
