The handle of this faucet at my day job broke, and thought would be less work make another one than look for the right handle through the city.
With a caliper I measured the dimensions of the fitting and modeled that into Fusion 360. Then I added a few cuts to get a better grip on fingers and a small cap to cover the screw hole. I used the original screw and it fit well. With a coat of silver spray paint (that I don't have) I think it will look genuinely nice.
If you have a faucet with a similar design this can borrow you sometime until find the right part, or even be a definitively replacement, if you enjoy the looks.
