Satsana CR Touch Ender 3 V2 Mount

This is a remix of the V2 version which has more clearance. The offset should be untouched X-43.65 Y-10. Added a cutout for the cable.

Recommend printing with the mount for the CR Touch pointing up and the mount for the X-carriage flat on the bed.
