I hate not being able to charge my stuff in the kitchen. My wife hates it too, but she also desires that 'when the countertop is clean, its CLEAN'. So, this was the idea we came up with to keep the clutter down, and keep the cupboard usable.
Tolerance for the cupboard bulge is about 2.5mm, which is pretty much as thin as I dared go without compromising the device.
Print on its side, and use your favorite choice of supports. I used tree supports with 2 walls to accomplish this. Infill was... I don't know, 30% or something. I used a brim that was wider than normal to make sure it didn't fall. Likely unneeded if you're printing a little slower, or your settings are super dialed in.

So, after you remove all the brim, be careful around the "ring" portion. Best to use your cutters to get started in small places, and then it'll pop off eventually. Took about 45 seconds.
