This is my filament dehydrator. There was no dehydrator on thingiverse which matched my needs so I made my own one.

THINGS YOU NEED

1x Lock & Lock HSM948H like this: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B004J18IAA/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Bottom:

4x M4 8mm - 12mm screw (over 8mm or under 12mm ;) )

1x M4 30mm (for the middle to hold the spool holder)

2x 608 (ZZ) bearings, should be ones with low friction for easy twisting of the spool

Stand:

2x M4 30mm screw

2x M4 20mm screw

And some 100g of silica gel. I would prefer the orange one which goes green if its soaked.

For the feeder I used this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2116535 but feel free to use what you want. Insert the M10 PTFE coupler, then warm it up with a heat gun and press it to the Lock & Lock for a good fit, let it cool down, drill the holes and you are good to go.

The Spool holder is made for 52mm spools and up to 1kg.

ATTENTION KIDS:

The Spool Holder is made to press fit the 608 bearings, depending on your printers accuracy you probably need to sand it down a LITTLE BIT if the bearings don't fit in. I made a 608 bearing press fit tool so you can GENTLY(!!!!!!!) hammer them in ;)

The adapter is here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3830407
