Remix of the design, I removed the plug cavities on the back and added holes for direct wiring. I removed the fan on the top. I removed the Ender logo from the front and added a grill for front to back flow. There are two left side designs, one with the holes for the pi and one where they are skinned, leaving notches for the ports to sit. I internally wire my Pi so I don't need the USB ports open. I added the TFT35E3 access body to the display.
I have not yet printed this. I will update any changes I have to make for fitment etc.
***Requires MeanWell PSE from E3Pro
As printed there does seem to be some binding when screwing the frame to the PSU, I did not modify this so it may be from the original source. It also could be my printer calibration.
This design used 3mm brass inserts for the body screws.
I'll be printing this on my Extended Ender 3, build volume of 310x320.
Supports needed for display unless your printer can print in mid-air.
I would also suggest opening (AT YOUR OWN RISK) the PSU and flipping the fan around as it's stock configuration blows hot air into the case.
