This item includes several options for mounting your Lutron Aurora Philips Hue dimmer. Lutron sells a “L-AWALL1-WH” plate for mounting (intended to mimic a “traditional” switch that the Aurora can mount to natively), but this version provides both the “bottom” side of the mount and a Leviton Decora “paddle” switch blank insert as one unit.
It seems you can remove the Aurora from the plate several times without problems, but the clips on the printed part are designed to break before the pins on the Aurora itself: the printed plastic is relatively cheap.
Also attached is an STL file with a simple square for mounting the Aurora, which may be useful if you simply want to stick one somewhere. (A cylinder could likely be produced as well, but I haven't done so.)
An OpenSCAD file is attached in case you want to tweak the models. Feel free to remix it according to the CC license, but please contact me before selling it.
Variable layer height may work, but the tops (with the clips for the Aurora) should be printed at 0.15mm layer height to accommodate the thin pieces and gradients to allow the Aurora to slide on.
The Decora plate seems like a good candidate for ironing, but I have had bad luck with the upper pieces not actually remaining attached. You may have better luck, but a non-ironed version still looks quite good.
The author hasn't provided the model origin yet.
